Terms of Service
These documents apply to services provided by Individual Entrepreneur Saliuk Dmytrii (Tax ID 3939908153), 20800, Ukraine, region Cherkaska, district Cherkaskyi, city Kamianka, lane Petra Hulaka-Artemovskoho, build 8, fl 22, trading as “Saliuk Dmytrii — IT & Software Development Services” (“we”, “us”). 1. Services
We provide IT consulting, custom software, web and mobile application development, UI/UX design and integration, and technical support. The scope, deliverables, milestones, timeline and price of each project are agreed in writing (quote, proposal or email) before work starts.
2. Prices and payment
- Custom Software & Web Development: $1,000 – $5,000 per project.
- IT Consulting & Architecture: $500 – $1,500 per project.
- UI/UX Design & Integration: $500 – $2,000 per project.
Prices are in USD. The final price is fixed per project and confirmed in the quote. Payment is a fixed one-off fee per project stage, invoiced after the stage is delivered or as stated in the quote. We accept bank transfer and online payment links; the available methods are stated on each invoice. Any applicable taxes are stated on the invoice.
3. Delivery
All services are delivered digitally (repository access, file transfer, cloud link or email) upon completing agreed project milestones or full project delivery. No physical goods are shipped.
4. Client responsibilities
The client provides the information, materials, access and timely feedback needed. Delays caused by the client may move delivery dates.
5. Acceptance
After each milestone is delivered, the client has 7 days to review it and report material deviations from the agreed scope. We correct confirmed deviations at no extra cost. If no feedback is received within this period, the milestone is considered accepted.
6. Intellectual property
Upon full payment for a deliverable, the client receives the rights to use it for their business as agreed in the quote. We keep the right to reuse general know-how and pre-existing tools and libraries. Third-party and open-source components remain under their own licenses.
7. Confidentiality
We keep the client’s non-public business and technical information confidential and use it only to deliver the services.
8. Liability
Services are provided with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant project stage, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Termination
Either party may end a project by written notice. The client pays for stages already delivered and for work in progress on the current stage in proportion to its completion, subject to the Refund Policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. We aim to resolve disputes amicably first. Mandatory consumer rights in your country are not affected.
11. Changes
We may update these terms; the version on this page applies to new orders.
